Hello Atlassian community world!

Francis here from New Zealand. I’m looking to pivot to cloud engineering and or DevOps or SRE roles but I don’t have any experience with cloud and software engineering in a production environment. Was a computer science software engineering major back in Uni so I know my way around software development but have been working primarily in IT infrastructure operations in both Windows and Linux environments. Had experience maintaining Atlassian software on Linux before in a previous job so I know my way with Atlassian software as well. 

any tips on how I can pivot to DevOps and or SRE and hopefully one day be able to join Atlassian

Some solution partners provide consulting services, others develop apps for the Marketplace, some provide managed services for companies that want a 'local' service desk to support Confluence and Jira, and at least one does all of these and more.
