I am wondering what's the best platform to look for Atlassian jobs?
Can anyone help please?
After 10 years working with just and only Atlassian products, seeing current state of products and company, I would say "Run away".
Find a different platform. This ship is sinking.
Current products are focused on painted, curved, glassed, nice UI without any understanding of highend user needs. Atlassian is taking away when users / companies like / liked. Reason why the big players choose Jira are slowly disappearing. Once DC will terminated, Jira will be no longer an industrial tool. Maybe thats a target of current product managers? Dunno.
Hi @asadiq, where you can find Atlassian Jobs depends on what you are looking for.
If you are looking for an employment, then networking and LinkedIn have worked best for me. You can set up a notification for Atlassian or Jira positions, but just be aware that you get a lot of other things listed that way as well.
For Consulting work I find that local consult brokers are the best way to find, second only to networking. Most consultant brokers work directly with consultants so you can contact them, or they post consultant work on their websites and on social media.
You can also look for support work as that will give you good work experience and technical knowledge. You can also look for product owner or any form of lead work as that will be helpful in positions where you have authority.
If neither of these will fit, let me know what focus you have and I'll see if I can provide additional suggestions.
Best of luck!
