Interviews can be one of the most challenging parts of the job seeking process. We want to put our best selves forward and also start to evaluate the employer we’re interviewing with - and it’s important to strike a balance between these two factors.
Do you have any interview techniques you’d recommend? Maybe you like to highlight key points from the job description to help you prepare? Perhaps you’re a big fan of the STAR method? Are there any pet peeves that can put you off during an interview? Perhaps the interviewer arriving late can be a red flag? Or do you find it off-putting hearing a company being described as a “family”? |
Share your top tips and/or pet peeves for interviews below. Please make sure you’re signed in to the forums and have joined the Jobs & Careers group in order to read comments from other members.
Let’s learn from each other! We’re looking forward to reading your insights. ✨
