HIRING : Product Manager to join our remote team

We're a fully remote company seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products, from strategy and vision to development, release, and customer success.

What You'll Do:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities through research, data, and industry insights
• Own end-to-end product development, from planning and prioritization to launch and iteration
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products
• Work with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences
• Leverage user feedback, research, and performance metrics to continuously improve the product
• Communicate product direction, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure alignment across teams to support efficient execution and successful releases
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance considerations into the product lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ideally within a technology or SaaS company
• Proven ability to make data-informed product decisions based on market insights, user feedback, and performance metrics
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders with Atlassian tools
• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem and Marketplace
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical & Product Skills

• Solid understanding of modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to build user-centric products
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience in Product Marketing
• Experience in budget management

Work Location

This is a full-time, remote position. You will be working closely with our team in Asia, so availability during standard business hours in Asian time zones is expected.
