unable to access CSV file created by Rovo agent

Hello , I engaged Rovo agent to analysis 100+ work item and fetch some key information from comment, since it is high volume output , Rovo saves outcome in CSV file in path https://sanofi.atlassian.net/output/scream_test_tracker.csv .. 

I am not able to access file in mentioned path ending in

You might want to try this free app to import CSV data into your Confluence page: Live Tables from CSV & JSON for Confluence.

It allows you to import CSV, TSV, or JSON not only directly from attachments, but also from URLs, connect external sources like APIs or Google Sheets, and automatically keep data updated.

You probably need to save the file on a accessible location for Atlassian and you.

You can't access storage on Atlassian hosted cloud instnaces.
