Hi all
how to get Active Sprint report through email.
any options we have?
I am using automation but it is sending all issues in multiple emails.
Hi @vasanth
Yes, and...to the other community members' suggestion: consider trying a saved filter subscription.
As you appear to already have an automation rule...You are using Jira Server, and I suspect that your rule has either a scheduled trigger or a branch on the issues in the sprint. In either case, to get one versus multiple emails (one for each issue), try enabling the bulk-handling option for your set of issues: https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation/run-a-rule-against-issues-in-bulk-993924653.html
Kind regards,
Bill
Thank you @Bill Sheboy
I am already using the same one, any other solution apart from this?
Thank you

Probably not without marketplace addons.
If you are indeed using the bulk option and it is still sending multiple emails, there may be a problem with your rule. Please post images of your complete rule and the audit log details of the execution, as those may provide context for the symptom you are seeing.

Hi @vasanth ,
you can define a filter subscription (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/receiving-search-results-via-email-720416706.html) using specific jira software JQL function (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Common-JQL-queries-for-sprints-in-Jira-Cloud/ba-p/1736456)
Hope this helps,
Fabio

Hi @vasanth What do you intend to have in your sprint report ? If it's just a list of issues you may just subscribe to a filter as advised by Jack.

It depends on your specific goal and what is acceptable. What about setting up a filter subscription?
