commits link disappear

I remember there is commit link in the below first screenshot, we can click this link then there is dialog shown to show each commits, but now this commit link disappear.
I don't remember which version we used before, maybe is 8.22.1 or prior.
how the commit link can be appear again? I don't want to check commits from `Source` at the bottom of the jira issue page.
below second screenshot is the Development Integration Plugin.
