Asset Locking by Reviewer
1. Based on the Asset Platform, a list of Reviewers will be maintained.
2. All the reviewers for a specific platform will see all the Assets submitted ujnder their Platform
3. Reviewer can lock an asset which he/she would pick up for review.
4. Asset picked up by a reviewer, would not be visible to other reviewers
5. Asset-Locked-Date to be populated
6. Asset Status should be changed to "Under Review"
7. Asset reviewer field will be updated with Asset Reviewer's Name
