The Application BigPicture can not workable

the bigpicture can not work from last week to until now.

still show this photo. the tool can not work. 

Does anyone have this issue too?

ps. i also clean cookie ,too . not helpful for this problem

A quick check and the app loads and functions fine, don't see any incident reported in the bigpicture status page : http://status.bigpicture.one/

You can contact the app vendor here : https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/42/user/login?destination=portal%2F42

Or if you could share your instance URL we can quickly check if the app is active on your site or no
