Hello Community,
We are in the middle of migrating to Cloud from DC.
We have some Rest EndPoints configured in our DC and i saw that it doesnt supported in cloud.

My question is:

1. Is there a way to know who is using them? calling them?

2. Is there an alternatives in cloud?

Thanks,

Ariel.

Hi @arielei ,

If your rest end points do not already, include a unique Log in its script so that you will be able to identify any and all executions in the Jira logs. I always prefix my log messages with a unique code / identifier (EG: ‘SRREP0001’ for my first ScriptRunner rest end point).

An alternative is to create an Automation that is triggered by a webhook. See https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/configure-the-incoming-webhook-trigger-in-atlassian-automation/

Have a nice day! Rik

Hi Arieli,

1. The only way to see who uses them in DC would be to add a log to log out who is triggering them, as Rik mentioned.

2. There is currently no alternative in ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud directly, but you could use the ScriptRunner Connect tool to recreate these that can be called from ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud as the feature parity page suggests.

If you are interested in seeing more on how to do this, then you can fill in the form here to get one of the Customer Success Managers at Adaptavist to demo how this works for you.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Kristian
