Rovo option not visible for Premium Trial version

Hello Everyone,

I downloaded a premium 30 day trial version of Jira. I created a Team and a Scrum Board. I am not seeing Rovo option in the top right hand side to use the AI features. How do I see the Rovo option?

Hello @Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ Thanks for your response. Yes I used custom domain for Premium Trial. When I go to Rovo Access this is what I see

Looks fine - they only recently switched to the Blocklist but I assume that if nothing pops up, then everything is activated.

Just to double check, you could add Jira and see if Rovo pops up, otherwise remove it again. If that doesn't help either, we'll need to add some Support assistance here.

@Rebekka Heilmann _viadee_ That didn't help! Looks like I need some Support assistance for this issue! Should I open another thread or is that something you would be able to assist here?

Hi @Saraswathi Vepa - welcome to the Community,

Rovo should be activated per Default. You can double check on admin.atlassian.com under Rovo > Rovo access

Did you use a "private" Email to create the Atlassian Site? Atlassian won't activate Rovo for any Organizations that were created or a billed to Emailadresses like gmail.com, outlook.com etc. See the purple box on here: Rovo usage allowance | Rovo | Atlassian Support

You will need to use a company/custom domain in order to get access to Rovo.
