Hello! I've recently been looking into using the Rovo Service Resolution Management feature. This is something I was actually trying to replicate manually using a custom Rovo agent I built for helpdesk users, so they could use our knowledge base for self-service ticket resolution. Resolution Management looked like a much cleaner native solution — however I'm running into an issue during setup.
A few months ago I set up a SharePoint connector to trial bringing external knowledge bases together. It didn't work out, so I unlinked the knowledge base and removed the connector via Atlassian Admin. It seems this is now coming back to haunt me!
Resolution Management appears to require Internal knowledge bases, but ours are currently set as External. When I attempt to add a knowledge base as Internal, I receive the following error:
"Available after you unlink folders from SharePoint"
As far as I can tell, there are no active SharePoint connectors — these were removed a few months ago and I can see no sign of them in the Atlassian Admin hub or Rovo Connectors.
Has anyone experienced this or have any advice on clearing this stale reference? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hey Jacob,
You should go ahead and open a support ticket with Atlassian. There's probably something behind the scenes they will need to reset.

Best of luck!
