i have the notifications turned on, whenever the status is changed or the ticket has been assigned to any one. the whole office gets an email regarding the change that has been done. my question is concerned about bulk changing the status for each ticket that has been closed in our side. i am talking about 2k tickets closed. i need to change the ticket status from closed to resolved. is it going to send the notification email for all the tickets that have been closed ?
there's option to disable notifications when making a bulk update
if you are concerned, you can turn off notification scheme for your project, make update and then turn it back on
