Hi, I need to gather detail information for the lists of workflow in Jira.
Here are the list of values under my workfollow in Jira.
Resolved, Reopened, Closed, Execution, Cancelled, Assign, On hold, Planning, Intake Review, Reject and Intake Approved.
I am not sure how I can connect these as workflow process map.
Please help me.
However I do understand each one individually.
Thank you
Hi,

Thank you for quick response.
In Jira under my workflow column, I have list of items status:
Resolved, Reopened, Closed, Execution, Cancelled, Assign, On hold, Planning, Intake Review, Reject and Intake Approved.
I have to document definition of each status and map them to gather either content or graphical chart. Kind of process map workflow between those status.
Please let me know if it is not clear. Thank you

Hi,
Looks like you are in an issue with a large workflow with all status available, probably all are defined as "Status"<-- All, this means from 1 status you can go to any other status.
In these cases, you have the first status defined, the old one also defined and all others in the middle without order.
Also, you can see ...OPEN, In Progress and a List, this means your setup is configured to show less status than available, so you will see it in a "list".
Ask your Jira administrator to see the pic workflow, probably you do not access to.
In this picture, you can see... "View Workflow" option.
