project = FD AND "Feedback date" != EMPTY AND status != Closed

Custom field "Feedback date".

The feedback date value can be left blank.

When this date arrives, an email will be sent. 

if the date of my "Feedback date" =  date feedback , how can this JQL compare to the present time?

you can try with now() . like..  "Feedback date"   = now()
