Importing issues is not successful for jira cloud

Getting the below errors while import. I have the proper date format and user id. Kindly help at the earliest. PFA.

Hi @rbalamu2 , it looks like the date being imported does not match the expected format. Looking at the very last row, the imported date is: 8/26/2022 17:30

When it should be: 26/AUG/2022 5:30 PM

You may need to format the cells on your CSV file to be text instead of date as Excel sometimes automatically changes what you've written.
