I installed Jira as service version 8.1.0-x64. I configured my own database, provided license key. Everything was working fine, But know after shuting down system I am not able to access Jira. Can you please let me know where I am getting wrong.

I also run Start-Jira Service[Port Number]

Have you checked Jira logs for error and have you verified that DB Service is starting before Jira Service (order is important).
