CSV import not working for only one out of several projects

I use CSV import very regularly and recently I created a new project call 'ITT' and each time I import logs that includes this new project under JIRA Cloud's CSV import I get the following error

All other projects I created import fine.

IS there something up with the type of project when creating the JIRA project that is perhaps causing this issue?

Any ideas welcomed.

Thank you! Mike

Hello,

The project you are trying to import may be a next gen project. It may not be supported to import next gen projects, yet. Check out this answer, I think it will help:
