Multiple files attachment issue while creating subtask

Hi Team,

While we are attaching 3 files at the time of subtask creation resulting only 1 file is attached remaining 2 not attached successfully .

Hi Parameswari, 

Could you please elaborate the issue along with the file extensions and size of those ? 

Some considerations for attached files:

File formats: GIFs, JPGs, PNGs

File names can't contain any of these characters: '\', '/','\"', '%', ':', '$', '?', '*'.

By default, the maximum size of any one file is 10MB, although this limit can be customized by your Jira admin.
