Multiple cutom field after every upgrade.

Hi,

after some of the upgrades of greenhopper we get duplicate custom fields:

The users tell us that they have to reorder their issues after each update.

Can anyone tell me how to merge the fields?

Hey there, snafu.

Perhaps you can peform the following:

1. Remove the fields that are not associated with any of the screens

2. Shutdown JIRA instance

3. Delete the JIRA Install\work directory

4. Restart JIRA Instace

5. Perform re-indexing

If you are using GreenHopper 6.0.3, can you also try to upgrade to GreenHopper 6.0.4 or later.
