How can I move multpile issues at once from a project to another

Hello Ridwan, 

You can use "bulk change" operation by following below steps, 
1.Search for issues you want to move (filter it with the help of JQL query)
2.Click on "Tools" at the rightside top corner and you'll find bulk change option 
3.Select the issues in first step and go for "Move issues" , confirm it 


Note : You should have the required permission to do this operation
