Initiatives won't stay closed

My team is updating initiatives to done and selecting a reason after hitting save the status shows done. When you refresh the page it goes back to the previous status and has a check mare with done next to it. How do I get the status to stay in done?

Hi @Denise Gumenberg -

It should have been straight forward. The expected result is when you move it the next status, it should stay. Something in the workflow is preventing from going to the status you desire.

Please could you show the workflow and screen shot of the issue.
