We would like to ask if it is possible to share a project between two "groups" or "communities" with different URLs (i.e. xxxx@atlassian. net and yyyy@atlassian.net). We are two companies (each owner of a group) that participate in the same project in a joint venture. One of the companies has already created a group with a specific configuration and some already registered tasks that we would like to share, is there a quick and easy way to do this? Thank you very much!

Hi @Gema Leiro García

here is Andrey from Rozdoum

not sure if that might really address your needs, but if want you want to achieve - is visibility - I'd rather point you to evaluate our addon  WatchTower for Jira. It allows to have a Agile Board that can combine project in your Jira and remote Jira cloud instance.

If you would happen to have questions regarding usage would be happy to address them

Assuming the new project is in xxxx, then you will just need to add the yyyy users to the xxxx instance and that one project.

That's right, but the problem is that both companies have the license with a 10 user limit and are being used by the maximum number of people in both cases, so increasing the number of users on one side or the other, would also increase the cost, would be another possible solution?

The two systems are separate systems, and you would be adding more users to one of them, so no.

The other potential solution is an add-on like Backbone or Exalate, which can synchronise projects across two systems.
