Get email for the jira tickets which matches my XYZ query

Vikrant Latkar April 29, 2018

If I want for example email notifications only for P1 tickets OR

P2 tickets which get reopened, how do I set such a rule?

You can save your filter and, after that, subscribe in order to receive the results matching in your email. You can follow this intructions.

Hope it works!

This is a useful information. I will use it. Thanks!

I am thinking of still further usage, where I get email for a ticket in the matching the filter, just once..

just like google news alerts

For example, if ticket t1 gets priority set as P1

I get a email notification in the morning for t1, on the next day 9am, I will get t1 and t2

if both are set as P1 by next day morning 9am.

But on the next day, I want only t2 (fresh match)

Also I want a email notification as it happens (real time)
