Cannot complete sprint. I get the message "Internal Server Error"

I've run 3-5 sprints so far no problem, but this time I cannot complete the sprint. I keep getting the "Internal Server Error" 

Note, I tried to change the end of the sprint to 1 day earlier before I went to complete the sprint as I was ending it early. 

I verified that all subtasks of stories marked as done were also marked as done. 

We are using the server version of Jira and have two projects. In this project we have two boards, one board for this project and one board that displays tasks from all projects. 

I'm trying to finish the sprint in the board for this specific project (not in all projects). 

I thought that the info may be related to the issue, but I haven't been able to find anything wrong with my filters.

Hi @Melanie McDougall 

This might be cause by something done on the system or administration side since you are managing project sprints. If you have Jira Administration rights on the system, please perform a full re-index. This should be available through the administration side in Jira. 

Hope this solves your issue.

If there's still an issue, next is to investigate the server logs to see, what happens a the time the internal error pops up.

I have Jira cloud, so I cannot re-index the project, nor check the logs.
