Backup of Old Issues

We have almost 10000 issues which are closed, except from last one year we would like to archive old tickets.

Please let us know how do we do.

Hi Kiran,

I doubt if we can archve the old tickets in JIRA, but we can archive the older projects not in use by making the project read only. Please go through this documentation. Hope this helps!
