Hello,
I am looking for how to create the following rule in jira with automation :
- When Ticket A blocks Ticket B
- When the ticket A is not egal to "In production"
Then turn the status of Ticket B to "Blocked"
Thank you for that help. I spent so many time to try.. I did my best with that hereunder, but this looks not successful
Hi @Thibault de Wouilt - Did you ever get this solved?
Hi @Thibault de Wouilt and welcome to the community! Can you also share a copy of your audit log?
Without viewing the log, your screenshot this looks correct. However, if the linked issues are in different projects, you'll want to change the project scope to ensure all impacted projects are added to scope.

Thank you @Mark Segall for your answer.
Can I extract the logs ? My problem is that it looks have no matches with that rule.. All my tests did not match except one, but i dont remind the configuration i did :

Interesting - So this rule isn't even triggering? I would expect to see some activity (successes or failures) in your log other than config changes. I'll need to think on this one and see if someone else in the community has a thought on this.

@Mark Segall , I probably have a log that is most interesting than others.
What do you think ? I created 1 ticket A and 1 ticket B then I linked the ticket A to B with the link "Blocks" but there is no move by the rule.
