I would like to track in my own Jira dashboard issues that I create for other teams that are using another instance of Jira., I can logon to the other instances and can create issues there, but my own work is tracked in another instance.

I would like to see, on my own dashboard in my own Jira instance, the status of the tasks I created for other teams that use another instance of Jira.

How do I do that?

well you can achieve that with help of addons.

Though not gadget specifically, but.. You can try to sync Jira ( there are few addons for that) or you can use our WatchTower addon that allows you to have a agile board showing issues from remote Jira instance.

Should you have further questions - I be ready to address them on behalf of a team behind WatchTower

There's no way to do this without writing a new gadget that can reach out into the other system and run queries on it, then display it locally.
