When i try to move a card on the taskboard from 'backlog' to 'in progress' the page keeps loading and it hangs and nothing changes. All of my colleagues are facing this issue on different desktops and locations (office and at home).

It sounds like you're running into the bug https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-5437. You can log a ticket to our support engineers at support.atlassian.com and we'll upgrade your plugin so that the page will actually load.
