Merging Data from Multiple Projects and Plans

Question

I have two questions. Before I get into the questions, here are a few important details:

I am administrator on two Jira plans and a users in third.

Questions:

1. What logon screen would provide a clean view of all recent activities in each of the three (if any)?

2. Am I able to query data from each of the 3 to develop automations and reports?

Thanks for the details. If I understand correctly what you want is to be able to have a joint vision of the three plans you have mentioned. Understanding that you have access to the three projects, you can have a joint vision with one of these options:

* Multiproject plan: You can create a new plan that includes all three projects, so that you will see all three projects in one. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/discover-advanced-roadmaps-for-jira-1044784153.html
* Multiproject Dashboard: You can also create a dashboard and include some of the gadgets offered by Jira that allow multiproject. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/How-to-create-overview-dashboard-for-Multiple-projects/qaq-p/1504616
* Multiproject Kanban Dashboard: In addition, a Kanban dashboard where you include all three projects in its filter will also give you a view of all three projects together. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/KanBan-board-across-multiple-projects/qaq-p/1317097
