We want to use the default loom login as the "info" account of our domain is connected to Loom and we do not have any Atlassian account connected with that email.
We have monthly Loom payments connected to the info email.
Kindly request your assistance in this matter.

If you only had a Loom account before, you should use your existing Loom email and password (the "info" email) to log in. You’ll be redirected to the Atlassian Loom login page, but your Loom credentials will still work.
If you later create an Atlassian account with the same "info" email, the system will default to your Atlassian password for login.

I believe you can use any account that has access to Loom, as you'll be redirected there.
