JIRA server v7.1.0: Sprint board columns showing both Status and transition label

Hi,

I'm using JIRA v7.1.0 server and my Sprint board is showing both the status and the transition label in the one column. I cannot see how to stop it doing this. In addition, for the Post Function I have for the Done status (Update Resolution to Done) this only fires when the ticket is moved to the 'To Done' part of the 'Done column'. If the user moves it to the 'Done' part of the column, it does not fire the post function. 

Any help would be great

Hi @Cate Page ,

this is a normal behaviour. If a column contains multiple statuses and a ticket from one column can go to one or other status of the other column, board will present these two options to the user so that he can choose what transition want to perform.

Hi Fabio, 

thank you for coming back to me so quickly. There are not multiple Status'. Only one status but it is also showing the transition label. For example, on my board configuration, there is one status for Dev Ready: 

However, on the Sprint board, we can see the status AND the transition label:

 Is that normal behaviour?
