Is there an Add-on for Confluence to use the fields in a table to populate a Jira issue?

I want to be able to highlight or otherwise utilize data in a Confluence table to create a Jira Ticket that uses the data elements from the table to populate the matching Fields and Custom fields when creating a new Jira ticket from Confluence.

I know that the Create Jira Issue macro will only pull in the highlighted text for the Summary field and Description field. (clumsily, I might add)

So I'm looking for an add-on that will do this. I can't seem to find one.

I don't know how to write scripts, etc. But I might know some people who can implement them if you have any suggestions for that.
