In progress to resolve, only transit if "Yes"

Hello Community,

i want to restrict the workflow transit, from In-progress to resolved only "Acceptance criteria filled" (custom field) is marked as "Yes" and if marked "NO" then the ticket should not moved to resolved, but remains in "In-Progress" only.

I have used post function- Validator but in this function even i select "NO" then still the transition happens, kindly guide to accomplish this.

Hi @Manoj ,

Have you tried using a condition on the transition? 

I would use the Value Field condition and set it to "Acceptance Criteria Filled" = True

If your Custom field does not show up in the selections you could add a label of "AcceptanceCriteriaFilled" when your custom field = true and go off of that?

@David Blank Hello, Thanks for writing with potential solution, i tried this but post workflow publish, workflow status has disappeared from the view.

see the below image, earlier there was "Resolve issue" but  now its not there. any suggestion.

@Manoj Is Acceptance Criteria = True? If so, could you change it to False to see if the Resolve Issue transition shows up?

Could you also post a screenshot of your condition? Were you able to use your custom field in the condition or did you have to choose an alternate?
