Hey guys,
is it possible to remove the agents field from work items in team-managed spaces?
We don't need it and it's unnecessary clutter.
I didn't find any option yet to hide/remove it.
Thanks
Instead of removing Rovo, you can block it to access your Atlassian organization. You need to go to Rovo access -> Add app. From there you are choosing which apps will block Rovo.
Hi @Julian Becher, that Agents section isn't a field on the layout, so there's nothing to hide under Project settings or the work-type config, which is why you came up empty looking for a toggle. It ships with Rovo and Atlassian only exposes it at the Rovo level, not per project or work type. The only way to take it off your work items is to switch Rovo off for that Jira app.
Nikola's pointing at the right place. An org admin (Product Admin won't reach this one) goes to admin.atlassian.com > Rovo > Rovo access > Add app, picks the Jira app, then Block access. That pulls all Rovo features off it, agents included.
One heads-up before you flip it — it's all-or-nothing and site-wide, so it can't be scoped to just your one team-managed project, and you'd lose the rest of Rovo on that app too.

Thanks for your answers. The thing is, we don't want to deactivate/block Rovo. We find some features very useful, just not the Rovo Agents.
I think it would be great if single Rovo Features could be activated/deactivated on a project or user basis. But i think there are already requests for that.
Thanks guys!

Rovo can't be deactivated on the user or work item basis. It's either being blocked from the access or it has to be used.
