How to enable an deactivated account

Dear Jira Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. We recently noticed that one of our accounts (s.safavi@shemsh.ir) has been deactivated, and we would like to understand the reason behind this action.

Could you please provide us with more details on why this account was deactivated and how we can resolve the issue? If any action is required from our side, please let us know the necessary steps to reactivate the account.

Hi Hossein,


Mainly the Jira accounts are managed by your Jira admin. You can reach to him and ask why the account is deactivated.

Also if you have an integration in place with AAD or similar tools for user provisioning/ deprovisioning this may be also investigated.
