Hi everyone,
We’re currently trying to manage Atlassian Intelligence (AI) at the organization level, but running into some confusion.
As organization admins, we don’t see any Atlassian Intelligence / AI-related settings in admin.atlassian.com. At the same time, AI features seem to be active in Jira, and we don’t appear to have a way to centrally disable them.
For compliance reasons (ISO 27001 / SOC 2), we need to ensure that AI features can be fully disabled across the organization.
How have others handled this?
Would really appreciate hearing how others approached this from a governance/compliance perspective.
Thanks!
Hi @Ali Azzam
see this article; Why-Can-t-You-Disable-Rovo-And-What-to-do-Instead
And as mentioned by @Nikola Perisic you can block Rovo Access
Hello @Ali Azzam
Rovo is now part of the Atlassian Intelligence. When you go to Atlassian Administration, you should be seeing Rovo option as well. Atlassian support is not needed to disable Rovo. There is also an option to block Rovo on your Atlassian applications when you go to Rovo access.
