Hide issues' created/updated date

Hi everyone,

We do need to hide created date and updated date fields appearing in the issues of certain projects. I've seen there are more related posts, however, they all are quite old and seem not to be working.

It is a key issue for us that we need to solve ASAP so any help is more than welcome.

It can't be done out of the box. The answers you found may be for the server version or a different version of Jira. you're going to need either scripting or a plugin. I suggest you post another question asking for how to hide fields in the cloud.
