Hi,
With Swimlane in the board settings we can separate the project in the board and show all the issues separately and at the same time together in the same board.
How can I do the same thing with boards? I have one project with multiple boards I have filters for each of them so that I am on the given board and can see only the issues - relevant to that board. However, on the project board, it would be wonderful to see all the issues together in the same place and in some organized way. So I thought I could do something like Swimlanes does but couldn't. ((
Please advice
Hello @Lena Sargsyan
A board is based on a Filter. If you want one board that shows all issues that otherwise display on separate boards then you need to construct a Filter that encompasses all those issues. You will need to look at the filter for each board, and using that come up with the filter that will get all the same issues.
You said you have one project with multiple boards. You can create a filter that retrieves all issues for that project, and create a new board based on that filter.
For creating swimlanes in that board, it is not possible to select issues based simply on the board in which they display because an issue can display in multiple boards. However, you can set the Swimlanes to Queries, and then add a swimlane for each board, and use the filters for each of those boards as the queries for the swimlanes.
