Date fields are not capturing the dates as per user profile time zone

Hi Team,
One of our client is using Jira server instance, as they are from Japan, all of the users has set the time zone to Japan Standard Time (JST), when working on any issues this time zone is working well for all the standard fields like created, updated and resolved fields. But the custom fields which we are using in the project is still capturing the dates based on Jira server time, is there any way to get the custom fields also as per JST time.
