Dear team,
The user can successfully open a case, but when they try to list the cases they've opened, only the icons in the image appear and they can't access the case title or content. Could you provide support regarding the same issue with another user in the same organization who has all the permissions and definitions without any issues?

Can you/they try to click on Edit list view button and add other fields (e.g. Summary, Status...)
If the fields are already added, can customer try to open same screen in incognito window or with different browser to check if the issue is occuring there as well?
