I have built a Custom Agent in Atlassian Studio using Rovo it is published and i can see this agent in Jira under Rovo dropdown whereas I cannot see this custom agent in MS Teams. Although I have installed Rovo in MS teams. I want to make this agent visible to all the users within organization in MS Teams, so they can use for creating tickets and check their tickets. I dont want to Use Rovo for this as i have applied governance on top of custom agent.
Can somebody help me with their expertise to get this custom agent on MS teams and make it visible to everyone in the organization.
Hello and Welcome to Atlassian Community @Snehal Sonkusale
The Rovo app for Microsoft Teams is designed for cross-product search, chat, and basic actions like updating Jira items. However, Atlassian doesn't currently support publishing individual custom Studio agents directly into Teams as selectable assistants. At least not yet.
Also it´s Early Acces Program, so Functions are added all the time.😉

Best,

@Arkadiusz Wroblewski I am able to integrate Rovo with MS Teams, but Rovo has all the permission like create ticket, modify ticket including changing the priority and also assigning the ticket to someone they want. We dont want these actions to be performed by the user except creating the ticket and updating their comments. So as the reason i created the custom agent by limiting its capability.
Could you let me know how do I make this agent available for users other than Jira, because users dont use/have access to JIRA so MS teams is the option available for them where they can create the ticket directly in JIRA. If we cant bring this custom agent to MS Teams then is there any other way users can use this custom agent.
