Advance roadmap filters for project specific fields

Rashmi Singh October 11, 2022

I have a project specific single select field which i would like to utilize in my plan for filtering out the issues in advance road map.

I am seeing that field is unsupported from the plan configuration in advance roadmap . Is there a way to somehow use that field for filtering my issues.

Hi @Rashmi Singh ,

single select list is one of custom field type that can be added to a plan. Take a look to the following article https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver0820/configure-custom-fields-in-advanced-roadmaps-1095248900.html

Hi Fabio,

I had verified this document, and based on that the field should be available for filter/or in custom field section but it is showing as "Unsupported"

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,

Yes ,It is showing up as searchable field with "Multi Select Searcher" stored as the search template. That's the same template which is there for other field that are visible/supported in advance roadmap.

Hi @Rashmi Singh ,

is that field coming from an external app like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211398/project-specific-select-field?tab=overview&hosting=server ? If so, that is the reason why it is not available on your plan.
