withinCalendarHours() JQL functions failed

I have created the manual calendar to match the timing. And Whenever I tried to run the "Time to first response" != withinCalendarHours() and "Time to first response" != withinCalendarHours() JQL query in Jira automation it failed.
it failing when we giving the condition issue is created. When we are changing it to issue commented it's working as expected.
