Is it possible in the widget to have a search by all languages configurated ?
We have french and english languages configured.
When we want to search the type of tickets can we do, it's only found that results by searching with english words.

The results on the widget depends on the default language of the browser. So, if French is visible for customers and the browser is set to French too, it should show the widget and results in French, but if the browser is set to English, it will only show results in English.

Hi, thank for your answer, we are a canadian compagny and work with 2 officials languages french and english. Is it possible to have 2 widgets one by language ?

And the widget show english with browser parameter in French.
The parameter of the browser language +widget don't matched, It doesn't work at all.

It's possible to generate only one widget and it will be adapted depending on the languages available on "Language support" and also the default language of the browser.
Related to the How can we help?, Contact us about, Powered by JIRA Service Desk, Your contact e-mail and Send button, it's not possible to change it to another language. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability, which I saw that you already added a comment:
