when setting automation, can't find a lot functions on tutorial website

I want to setup automation for my team, and read some articles.

when I try to set an trigger for "when issue keep in one status for some time", I can't find it.

so I lookup in the website,links below

Then, I realize that in the Automation. the product I'm using, missing a lot functions according to the page I read.

I want to know why and how to fix this

 

Version:

JIRA Software 7.10.2

JIRA Service Desk 3.14.2

Hello,

Unfortunately, you screenshot is not readable. Are we talking about the Service Desk Automation rules, which are in-built in Jira Service Desk, or the Automation for Jira plugin, which is a custom plugin?
