I want to setup automation for my team, and read some articles.
when I try to set an trigger for "when issue keep in one status for some time", I can't find it.
so I lookup in the website, links below
https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/automating-your-service-desk-732528900.html
Then, I realize that in the Automation. the product I'm using, missing a lot functions according to the page I read.
I want to know why and how to fix this
Version:
JIRA Software 7.10.2
JIRA Service Desk 3.14.2
attached is all the triggers I can use
