what kind of permissions do i need to have for all CRUD for jira api

i am using atlassian python api for my software developement  for jira integrations 

in free trial iam able to list projects,issues and create issue and couldnt do any more further like moing issue status and all
and now in standard trial iam not even able to create issue only i can list 
how can i solve this

You should have all the necessary CRUD permissions across all tiers (Free, Standard, Premium) - these permissions don’t depend on your plan.

Based on your description, I believe the issue may be related to your user permissions within the specific project where you're trying to make changes to issues.
