I've configured a webhook with my team in Microsoft teams on a specific JIRA Service desk project. It triggers when a comment is created and when a ticket is created. The issue here is that it send notifications when a member of my team posts a comment on a ticket. I would like to receive notifications for customer events only.
Is it possible to do that with some JQL ?

EDIT : I found out how to do it with Automation for Jira cloud. With simple rules I was able to do what I wanted.
