[v4.7.x] Any way to set default privacy setting in the Customer portal?

Hello,

 

In version 4.7 of the service desk, all new tickets are by default set as "private"/ not shared with organization. 

Our customers almost never worry themselves with this option. This new default setting is therefore causing us some grief as new tickets created from the customer portal is no longer being shared and organized.

Is it possible to alter what the default option is in the customer portal (as with email registrations)?
