hello

 

have a service desk and software instance of JIRA, how to have the status of my tickets on jira software on my Jira service desk. Thank you for your help

Hello @fatoumata Sall 

JSD requested type are mapped to the issueTypes in Jira in project configuration and the issueTypes are associated with the workflows.

Hence you can configure the issueType workflow and then map that type with the request type.
